Currently Running SAP Business, hoping to learn more about cross platform integration. We presently use B2C for single sign-on and would want to integrate it with SAP ByDesign's single sign-on. The only documentation I could see is for Azure AD B2B. I'll include the documentation's URL below.

Hi @jokohono • Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned in this SAP blog (quoted below), SAP ByDesign supports SAML 2.0 protocol to federate with an Identity Provider.

Which Identity Providers are supported by ByD?
ByD can be used with any SSO Identity Provider (IdP) that supports SAML 2.0.

You can configure Azure AD B2C as SAML IDP using Custom Policies. You can then federate SAP ByDesign as a SAML application in your B2C tenant. For step-by-step instructions on how to set this up, please refer to this guide: Register a SAML application in Azure AD B2C

NOTE: For the federation between SAP ByDesign and Azure AD B2C, you must be able to get the federation metadata from SAP ByDesign in XML format as it is required to share the application's metadata with Azure AD B2C to complete the federation. For SAML integration, Azure AD B2C depends on the properties exposed in Application Manifest. Not all properties present in the Metadata can be set via App Manifest in B2C, which is why specifying the Metadata URL or link to XML doc is required.
