IMAP Folders issue

Hi, I am using Outlook 2013. I've notice that some of my folders/subfolders don't show in the ALL TAB list when I do the Query in the IMAP Folders option. This creates a problem as those missing folders cannot be subscribed, and so the aruba webmail server account is not 100% aligned with the emai folder tree that I populate and update daily on the local outlook 2013 account.

I wonder why some folders don't show, I have tried to look at the Folder Properties, and other possible cause after looking at various suggestions/solutions found on the web.

Can someone give me some inputs/ideas?

    In order to verify your issue, could you please provide some related information?

    1. What version of Outlook are you currently using?
    2. Does the issue also occur on other clients?

    Based on my search, you can try the following methods and see if it can help:

    • In the IMAP Folders dialog that opens, uncheck the "Show only subscribed folders" checkbox below. 166605-dialog.png
    • In addition, try to set your Root folder path as "Inbox" and see if the issue could be resolved.
      File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Change > More Settings > Advanced
      After that, exit Outlook and re-open it.

    • If above don't help, try creating a new profile and re-add the account to Outlook:
      Control Panel > Mail > Show profiles > Add
