@Jonathan Tonelli
Thanks for your posting on Q&A.
It is a standalone WSUS in your environment and there is no MECM in your environment.(The WSUS role has been integrated into the MECM) Am I right?
When I want to update I get the following error 0x80244018 on all updates... And the updates goes on Error (Red) in WSUS.
Here is an explanation for this error code:
0x80244018 -2145107944 WU_E_PT_HTTP_STATUS_FORBIDDEN Same as HTTP status 403 - server understood the request, but declined to fulfill it.
According to the error code, it seems that the SSL configuration isn't correct. Please follow the below link to configure the SSL:

I have a question, is there some latency between an update being installed and WSUS knowing it has been.
Yes, the report scan for updates and report to the WSUS server next time and then the clients will sand the status to the WSUS server.
I just installed update KB4589208 and my test machine says that there are no update left to do. When I check through WSUS, the system tells me there is still one more update to install (Same KB). Just wait and see ?
Yes. We could also Check for updates manually and then client will report to the WSUS server as soon as possible.
Don't forget to accept the helpful answer. It will be helpful for us who have the same issue.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
