Hello @Sweta Das ,
I have downloaded the model in Original format (obj)
and it worked. Therefore the error looks like it is related when you try to convert the model in glTF
format.
I will work with the content team to review the quickstart and accepted formats so that we can add a note in case there are special steps to take when converting different formats.
Thank you! I hope you can continue testing Azure Object Anchors now :)!

Hello Asergaz! Thank you very much the reply! I am following this tutorial https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/object-anchors/quickstarts/get-started-model-conversion , the same tutorial mentioned in the reply message. The step I mentioned is step 3 of "Convert a 3D model", which mentions to "register a new conversion job with the service". Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks!
Hi @Sweta Das you are welcome :).
Can you confirm that you correctly set the values Before hitting the build and run button in Visual Studio 2019?:
If you can share a screenshot of your error and steps you are unsure, that would help the troubleshooting.
Thanks!
Thank you for the kind reply! I have cross-checked and the values are correct. Here is the screenshot of the error
Also, here is the link of model I am using https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/simple-rubix-cube-cd0eb6ebc25d4cdbb13a72e8f13fa9ed , I have directly used the model from the website.
I am not sure if JobID is needed, as mentioned in the step 3 of "Convert a 3D Model", I always press "Enter" without entering any JobID
I am not sure why the bad request error comes, though the message in the console shows that model is uploaded successfully. Thanks!
Hello @Sweta Das thank you for confirming! I am requesting Content Team to review this quickstart and check if there are steps missing.
fyi: I was able to reproduce the issue as well
Appreciate your time.
