W11 upgrade no longer mentioned in Settings/Update

Hi all,
after having installed a new mobo and CPU with a discrete TPM 2.0 add-on, Settings/Update has shown some text that W11 would be installed soon. After some days, I had to remove the TPM device for a few hours. During this period, Settings/Update showed "Not W111 ready" as expected. After reinstalling the TPM device, this text disappeared. But the text announcing a W11 installation is not displayed.

Is this normal or do I have to reset something?

    Thanks for your hints.
    I have used Health Check many times and again now. I got always "Great news - Windows 11 is free and coming soon. ..." .

    When following your link, I land on a page saying that my box is ready. Then I'm directed to the "Settings" app at "Update". Checking again for new updates brings "You're up to date!" and not any word of W11.

    So I'm afraid that WUS may have become asynchronous because of the short absence of the TPM device and no longer looks for an W11 upgrade.

    So my question in the post is unanswered. I'm looking for guidance whether this behavior of WUS not to announce a free upgrade coming soon is normal or does it mean, that WUS will not upgrade my box.

    Consider a manual upgrade to Windows 11.

    If it works your set.

    If it fails you can troubleshoot.

    To perform a manual upgrade uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software:
    a) antivirus
    b) firewall
    c) drive encryption

    Then perform an in place upgrade repair:

    The best way to get the Windows 11 would be to use the update assistance tool and download the update manually. As you have already checked for compatibility you can directly get the tool from the below link and run it.

    Finally I tried to upgrade via download. It didn't work but ended with some error messages which explain the missing offer via WUS:

    1. IExplorer is primary browser in one local account (Not mentioned in any W11 prerequisite documentation)
    2. SQL Server cannot run on Samsung SSDs (also not mentioned in any W11 documentation)

    The second issue is not solvable because its a driver problem or the like.
