Exchange Online Archiving daily?

Hello, is it possible to COPY emails to Exchange Online Archiving every day?
We cannot use Mailstore at the company.
Goal: Legally compliant daily archiving of emails.

I have read that by default emails older than 2 years are moved to the archive.
Can it be set that emails are copied to the archive on a daily basis?

    You would need to script that , create an Outlook rule you run manually, or copy the items manually. Copying is not possible with the built-in retention policies
