In this case the 0x133 bugcheck or DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION it is a clear issue related with drivers. You can read more below.
The general recommendation is:
- Ensure full Windows Updates installed
- Cleanup the WinSxS folder: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/clean-up-the-winsxs-folder?view=windows-11
- Install your latest BIOS, Firmwares and drivers available (as well remove any Overclocking or customized hardware settings)
