Auto forward same email in increments

Question

I'm looking for a way to auto forward an email from a specific recipient in timed increments. For example, I get an alert sent to my outlook for my job and I would like to auto forward that to my text email every 15 minutes or until I do something to stop it. I was told Outlook doesn't have this capability and to reach out here to see if anyone can help me out.

As I know, there's no such an method to achieve your requirement. And I have done a lot of tests, I'm afraid we can only use rules to automatically forward messages from specific senders immediately when the messages arrived in Outlook client. If you need, please refer to: Set up rules in Outlook.
