Ctrl-enter warning in outlook 365

Outlook 365 on windows 10, and I liked the way of sending emails where i would press ctrl+enter and then a box would come up asking if i was sure. I think i turned off the ctrl+enter shortcut and now i can't work out how to get back to that two stage process. I have tried deleting the registry entry CtrlEnterSends and have also tried changing this entry to "0" or "1" or "2" but this hasn't worked. Is it possible to get this warning back?

thanks

    Hi @Daniel ,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and posting your question here.
According to my search amd test, when I delete the two values in the registry, then restart Outlook, the warning dialog appears again.
