Migrating to Outlook 365

I am running an old local copy of Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016 on my home computer. This software has treated me well. However, I am looking to move into the modern times and purchase a Microsoft 365 subscription.

What is holding me back is my old Outlook email. I am still pushing/pulling my email from comcast using SMTP/POP. Yeah, I know that is archaic. The problem is that I have tons of emails that go back 18 years that I cannot afford to lose. It is a treasure trove of information.

Is there any way I can move onto a Microsoft 365 subscription, yet still have access to my old emails? Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Hi @Mike Accola ,

According to your description, here are 2 methods for you to migrate old mails to outlook 365.

    1. Export old mails to .PST files and import these into outlook 365.
    2. Manually copy or move the old mails and the Email folders to outlook 365.
