Without changing default browser and keeping it IE, can we have EDGE browser opened when a URL in outlook is clicked ?

Without changing default browser and keeping it IE, can we have EDGE browser opened when a URL in outlook is clicked ?
Also, in case it's possible, is it possible to do so only for specific domain? say salesforce.com
So all mails received containing URLs with salesforce.com domain will be opened in EDGE browser.

I'm afraid there is no such built-in method provided in outlook to meet your need. The supported way to change the default browser are introduced here: How Can I Change The Default Browser?
