Without changing default browser and keeping it IE, can we have EDGE browser opened when a URL in outlook is clicked ?

Also, in case it's possible, is it possible to do so only for specific domain? say salesforce.com
So all mails received containing URLs with salesforce.com domain will be opened in EDGE browser.

Your issue is related with office-outlook so I removed ms-edge tag so that there will be Outlook experts come to help.

I'm afraid there is no such built-in method provided in outlook to meet your need. The supported way to change the default browser are introduced here: How Can I Change The Default Browser?

This cannot be controlled by outlook client and you will need to configure them through your control panel, settings or the browser itself.

There may have some scenarios look like: Outlook Overides Default Browser when choosing to view message in browser, that's seems to caused by if the browser support the file type.
