App registrations entity to 'My Apps'

Hello,

Idiot beginner here!

I have followed a guide to make an app registration in Azure, so that I may use O/Auth for a remote support solution.
Rather than opening a link to the remote support solution, it would be nice to have it as an entry in 'my apps'.

When I log into Microsoft my apps account (https://myapplications.microsoft.com), I'm greeted by this screen:

Is it possible to get my "app registrations" "app" as an entry to be shown as above?

FWIW, and IMO, I despise calling everything an "app", as it muddies the waters as to what each entity actually is.

Hi @XX • Thank you for reaching out.

The Azure AD Registered applications are visible to only those users who are assigned to the servicePrincipal of the application. For this purpose, you need to configure the below settings:

Navigate to Azure AD > Enterprise Applications > Search and open your app

    • In the application properties, set Visible to users option to YES

    • Navigate to Users and groups blade and add the required set of users to the application, as highlighted below:

Once done, sign in to the MyApps portal with the user account assigned to the application.

Note: It might take a few minutes for the app to appear in the MyApps portal.
