Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.
As I understand the ask that you would like to know when does Dynamics connector in ADF support AttributeType.MultiSelectPicklist, and AttributeType.PartyList.
As per my recent conversation with internal teams, the product team is still evaluating the feedbacks on this request. But we do not have an ETA when this will be on the roadmap.
Hence, I would recommend to please up-vote and comment on existing feature request submitted by another user in Azure IDEAS forum - Currently the dynamic connector only supports optionset but does not support MultiSelect Option Set.
