Share internet calendar to organization

I want to share an internet calendar to the whole organization. Using GPO is not an option since the clients have M365 apps for business installed.

When a user adds an internet calendar and clicks on share, nothing happens.

Does anybody have a similar use case with a good solution?

According to my search, I found a known issue which says You can't add an Internet calendar in Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, and Outlook for Office 365

So, as the document mentioned, you may use Outlook Web App (OWA) to work around the issue.
Because OWA doesn't have this authentication header behavior, so you can open the Internet calendar successfully.

thanks for your answer.

I'm able to add the calendar to Outlook but I can't share it.
My aim is for it to behave like a user's calendar which can easily be shared to the whole organization, or something else like sync it through a PowerShell script.

Do you mean the option to share your calendar isn't available?Did the organization block permission to share the calendar?

In order to better verify, please provide some related information:

What type of account are you using? Is it an Exchange account?

What type of Internet Calendar did you add?

I tried it in two different organizations.
One uses M365 mailing together with M365 Apps for Enterprise and the other a an exchange on-premise with M365 Apps for Business.

I can expand share calendar and my two options are either share via e-mail or just share. When I click on share, nothing happens.

I added an internet calendar with an https:// and webcal:// url.

Thanks for your reply.
You can also set the calendar permission to share the calendar with other.

Righr-click the calendar and select Properties
In the Calendar Properties dialog box, click Permissions.

You can set permission for your organization (You can also add someone via Add), then choose the level of details that you want to share with the organization, then click OK.
Now other people in your organization can open it via Add Calendar > Open a shared Calendar

Sadly, this isn't an option either. Attached you'll find a screenshot of the calendar properties.

Do you know if I can enable this somehow?

I have done a lot of testing and research on it, and the fact is that the Internet calendar can no longer be shared in Outlook.

So, given this case, a proper workaround is to send this link to members of your organization and ask them to manually add it.
