Reserved Instance query

Hello All....There have been an number of issues in getting the reservations in place. Initially the reservations were added to a subscription that we didn’t know existed, had no resources in it and we didn’t have access to see the reservations. This means we have paid 3 days of reservations on top of the pay-as-you-go subscription that the actual VM’s are located in. When I requested for them to be moved to the correct subscription, I have been granted access to that subscription and advised that they need to be set as shared reservations. I went in on Friday and reconfigured the reservations to the correct subscription.

Today when I look at the utilization of the reserved instances there are outstanding items.
Actions required.
Reserved Instance line 2. Standard DS14_v2. Showing 25% utilisation when there is only 1 quantity. How can that be only 25% for a single server?
Reserved Instance line 3. Standard_DS13_v2. Showing 0% utilisation when we have a server with exact size (Resource name is anjiostemp)

Any suggestions please.

    Good day,

The QnA forums are community forums by their approach. This means that people that support here do have access to your Azure account.

We support technical issues (focusing mainly on the "how": how to do, how to deal with errors, what best to do, and so on), and we cannot support billing or any subscription's issue.

For question like yours, you need support from someone who can access your subscription and check your specific scenario. In these case, you should open a ticket from your Azure Subscription

Note! Even if you do not have a paid support, as much as I know support regarding billing is given to all free, and your issue sound like directly related to billing.

So, your best option is to open a ticket from your subscription

    Good luck

I used the free month of the Microsoft Azure service only, and I did not use the service again, and I was surprised that the monthly subscription amount of $ 100 was deducted without my consent
