Error sent to printer - Universal print

Have some users that get the error message "Error sent to printer" with unversal print.
I have done basic tshoot steps such as turn off and on of printer and laptops. some users can print other cant.
all have the same set up as far as i can see.
can anyone point me in the right direction

    Hi @Barry Sayer

    Double-check if the normal user's account has been granted access permissions to the shared printer. You can verify by going to the shared printer object and clicking on the "Access control" menu on the left.
