Despite using an Exchange Account, I do not have the Actions Option and the 'Recall Message' Option available. I used to have it earlier but it disappeared now. Kindly help me with the same.

@Andy David - MVP Thank you for your prompt response. The option is only available to me when I double click and open the sent mail in a new window. It isn't appearing in my right-click drop-down list or the Move Section like it does for most of the users.

@Andy David - MVP Also, when I tried recalling a test message, the receiver gets a prompt that I am wishing to recall the message and they can also see the message that I wish to recall. This defeats the purpose of the feature. So, is there a way I can prevent the receiver from getting a prompt about my wish to recall and also visibility of the message?

Unfortunately, no. Thats the limitation of message recalls :(
