Storage type and disk size issue

I am not seeing storage type and disk size options in second screenshot as per my first screenshot , these things I want to change disk size.
Please suggest what I am missing so that i can fix those in my environment. Thank u.

    @sns Can you please elaborate bit mor eon your query? May I know what exactly are you trying accomplish?

    Resize a managed disk in the Azure portal

    • In the pane for the VM, select Disks from the menu.
    • Select the disk that you want to convert.
    • Select Size + performance from the menu.
    • Change the Account type from the original disk type to the desired disk type. For more information, see here

    When you create a new virtual machine (VM) in a resource group by deploying an image from Azure Marketplace, the default operating system (OS) drive is often 127 GB (some images have smaller OS disk sizes by default). Even though it's possible to add data disks to the VM (the number depends on the SKU you chose) and we recommend installing applications and CPU-intensive workloads on these addendum disks, often, customers need to expand the OS drive

    After expanding the disks, you need to Expand the volume in the operating system to take advantage of the larger disk.

    Convert Azure managed disks storage from Standard to Premium or Premium to Standard
