Add my Manifest .xml addin to Outlook Client App using Command line

Hi,
I have a plugin called "MyCRMaddin.xml"
I want to install this plugin to my MS Outlook client using powershell command line since i'm planning to deploy this through the SCCM.
Please help

    Thanks for your update.

    My main purpose is to get confirm below concerns.

    1. if i have the manifest xml file already is there any way to add the xml using a command line to my outlook client without add using the GUI my Add-in.
    2. as a sample the the xml add-in can be added in Excel Application as sideload add-in as mentioned in below link. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/testing/create-a-network-shared-folder-catalog-for-task-pane-and-content-add-ins
