Hi I need help on the following questions thank you

  1. Is the server pricing posted here one time cost? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/sql-server-2019-pricing
  2. What are the differences between server pricing and Subscriptions and add-ons cost per year
  3. If my application is just installing SQL 2019 server on a workstation for proof of concert and the client is the same workstation itself. Do i get one server license + CAL license? 4. Do I need to pay for the yearly subscription even though I purchased server license + CAL license?
