How to schedule outgoing emails to business hours?

I'd like to schedule my outgoing emails by default to be delivered during business hours only (Mon -Fri 8am - 6pm). I often work outside these hours but would like to give my colleagues the uninterrupted free time they deserve. I want to do my part in helping them maintain a healthy stress / recovery balance. Currently I do this by manually adjusting the delivery schedule for each of my evening / weekend emails. This works well but is a bit of a hassle. It would be easier if I could just set a default delivery window for my outbox (with hopefully a possibility for immediate delivery as needed). I could not figure out how to do this using rules.

Is there a way of doing this with the Windows Outlook client?

From your description, do you mean that you manually set a delayed delivery for each email while composing message?

As mentioned in the official documentation, you can also create a rule to set a delay for sending all emails, however, based on my test, the delay time can only be set for 1-120 minutes, which cannot meet your needs. Beside, many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future. and you can also make a suggestion via this link.

So given this case, although manually setting a delayed deliveryfor each mail is troublesome, this is a solution to delayed sending that can meet your needs at present.
