server reboot arbitrarily

Our customer occured the server 'Amber LED' warning light, our customer experienced discomfort a lot.

So, they tried to through the replacement of the cache battery. And it was solved.

But, additionally it comes that 'Operating System Failure (Critical Error) and the server reboots 2-3times arbitrarily.

We want to know what is the problem and method to solve

    1) What is preventing the running of either DM or V2?

    2) Can you if needed:

    a) run administrative command prompt commands?
    b) run administrative powershell commands?
    c) run windows drive verifier (WDV)
    d) download and install software to test hardware as needed
    e) update the BIOS
    f) uninstall software
    g) uninstall and reinstall drivers
    h) collect files
