Microsoft Teams crashing constantly on Mac with M1 Pro

I've tried running the application with Rosetta, but whenever I double click, the app just seems to constantly crash and not open. I've tried going into get info and I'm unable to see the checkbox that says "Open application using Rosetta".

If I try doing the same thing with Microsoft Outlook for example, I'm able to see the checkbox.

    I do have the same problems with my M1 - Mac Monterey 12.4. I deleted multiple times the cache folder without any effect.

    I recently updated Mac OS to 12.5.1 (Monterey) and have the same problem with this new version. It was not the case before

    Here is the solution, that worked for me :
    When you’re using Teams on a device running macOS, please follow the instructions below:

    Quit Microsoft Teams
    Open Finder and navigate (⇧⌘G) to the ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams folder
    Delete the contents of this folder
    Restart Microsoft Teams

    Crashing constantly. can't go 5 mins. M1 Pro. Mac OS 12.5.1. Have reinstalled, deleted the folder above. No joy.

    Using Teams web but that has limitations. Big challenge since I spend more than half my day in Teams.

    Same thing hear. I just installed Teams on my M1 Max for the first time. Every time I try to log in, it crashes!
