The logs displayed a brand new Windows installation with BSOD.
The Windows 10.0.19044 appears inactivated.
There was only 1 dump file collected.
The BSOD bugcheck is commonly associated with malfunctioning hardware.
There were two identified misbehaving drivers identified in the single mini dump file.
1) Run:

2) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste any one or more of the troubleshooters in case the Windows activation troubleshooter does not correct the activation problem:
msdt.exe -id NetworkDiagnosticsNetworkAdapter
msdt.exe -id NetworkDiagnosticsInbound
msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
msdt.exe -id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic
3) After Windows is activated please post a new V2.
4) Please make sure that there is no file cleaning during the troubleshooting.
5) Uninstall Steam Easyanticheat software / driver

7) The computer has Nvidia Optimus
Turn on the Intel iGPU
Turn off the Nvidia dGPU using the Nvidia control panel, device manager or BIOS
Uninstall the Nvidia GPU using DDU

6) For any BSOD post a new V2
7) If there are no BSOD for 3 days plan to reinstall Nvidia GPU
8) If there are no BSOD for an additional 3 days then plan to reinstall Steam
