Synchronization of external calendars in Outlook 365

Question

Hi,

We have a need to add external calendars to our Outlook calendars from mails like GMail Yahoo etc. The problems is that refresh of those calendars is sometimes up to 8 hours. Is there any way to make it work faster?

We use O365 subscription.
