Does this issue only occurred in Teams for Android?

Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?

According to your description, it look like your admin do more restrictions in your Teams account. So we also recommend you contact with your IT admin to troubleshoot it.

Hi @JimmyYang-MSFT

I met the same problem when I login the teams mobile app on iPad（iOS 15.4）.
I have asked my admin to check whether there is any restrictions with my Team account, but there isn't any.
I can use it before, but recently this problem appears.

Hi @Li Jia

Please make sure you Conditional access policy is configured in your tenant. The user's account needs to be excluded from the restricted list/group in Azure Admin Portal in Office 365 admin portal.

I assume my IP address in Africa is being block and will try again when I’m in the USA.

I tried a VPN to no avail. I’ve tried different email accounts as well.

I would check that your security questions meet the requirements. We've had users who now get the same error message and their security question answers don't meet the minimum requirements.

Hi, I have this exact same issue working on my laptop; not a mobile device.
I have informed the company trying to add my account in.

I to facing the same issue. When I tried to connect from my mobile tethering (mobile hotspot), I am able to connect to the Outlook, Teams and other MS-Office products. But, if I connect using my home broadband, then I am not able to connect to any Office suite products and getting the same error.

If MFA is enforced in your tenant, then make sure the user is fully setup with Microsoft Authenticator. Once MFA is properly configured then Sign out and sign back in Teams and that should do it.

This issue resolves for me when I try to connect using my mobile hotspot. But, connecting through broadband, throws the same error.

Im all of a sudden have this same issue. Find when I hotspot my Mac, but when using my broadband I get that error
