Unable to connect since MFA is active


Since we implemented Azure’s MFA, our users have been complaining about several incidents. Especially the fact that the application password (outlook) is asked in a loop even if the voucher has been entered. Can you help me?

    A Good option would be to use App Passwords

    i have found this to be a simple process when using outlook client on systems

    This will stop the nuisance popups users receive.

    Hi @Anonymous , without seeing your environment or any custom policies it's hard for me to pinpoint the issue. However I do agree that using App Passwords could help remedy this in the meantime. Please let me know what your setup is like and I can help you further.
