Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this issue.

Direct Routing is used. A user setup in Teams for Calling but he can't make calls.

We don't see anything hitting the SBC's.

Incoming calls work very fine. Keep Alive (OPTIONS) works fine

    Hi @IBN

I had this issue a few days ago. Check the users policies. Make sure that they have a dial plan and voice route applied. Assuming you using direct routing.

Also make sure that the user is enabled for enterprise voice.

Inbound is working as the number is assigned to the user and the telco will send it to teams and teams will route to the user. If the user does not have a route outbound it wont be able to route the call.

    Regards,
    T

    Hi @IBN ,

Does this issue only affect the particular user?
Can the user see the dial pad on the Calls tab in Teams?
Is there any error message when this occurs?

If it occurs to the specific user, please go through the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the link below and see if it can help:
Some users are unable to make calls

If no users can make outgoing calls, please first make sure direct routing has been configured properly. Then it''s suggested to check the possible causes and solutions listed in the following link and check how it goes:
No users are able to make calls
