Azure Support Response Delay

Hello,

I am trying to contact Azure support for more information on a quota increase I requested. Initially, I requested the quota increase with a free support plan on 2/28 and did not receive a response. I then upgraded the support plan to a standard plan and resubmitted the request on 3/4 with severity 'B'.

I have not received any contact from either of the requests.

If there are any ways to directly reach support engineers besides through submitting a ticket or posting on this forum, I would greatly appreciate the help.

    Hello @Austin Schafer ,

    As per the offline communication on the support ticket, we were able to increase the quota for Azure Synapse Analytics.

    And thanks for the confirmation, that everything works fine once the quota as increased.

    Free support includes only billing support as much as I remember.

    I then upgraded the support plan to a standard plan and resubmitted the request on 3/4 with severity 'B'.

    Not a lot we can do in a technical community forum. Maybe one of Microsoft team will be able to make an internal call, but in general this forum is not for such questions but for technical questions.

    Your best option is probably contact Microsoft service in your local country (by phone) and let them make the contact to the Azure team if you cannot get their respond.

    Anyhow! You used the tag azure-synapse-analytics and your question has nothing to do with azure-synapse-analytics. You do not have any technical question about using azure-synapse-analytics but about the Azure Service/Support team
