Hello,

I am trying to configure Universal Print however when in Azure portal, I clicked on Universal Print - Printers, I got this error "We can't reach the service at the moment. Please try again later." Please advise,

    For your problem, I suggest that you could check below:

    1. Verify that the Admin's user account is assigned the Global Administrator or the Printer Administrator role in Azure Active Directory.
    2. Verify that the Admin's user account is assigned a license that contains a Universal Print license.
    3. Check to see that you are not experiencing any network issues accessing the Azure portal.
    4. If all above have no problem, please open a Support case via the Azure Support portal.
