connection failed - dataset

Question

Hi,
All of a sudden, dataflow fails...
after investigation, source dataset is the issue.
It can not connect to the .json file in storage. Confirm the file is in the storage and from dataset I can open the file but in dataset when testing conection it fails.
Error:
Connection failed
DF-SYS-0 DataFlowManagerClient.getPayload fail to getPayload request for run:dxxx, exception:java.io.IOException: Retry Request - RunId: xxx

Thanks for the question and using the MS Q&A platform.

It could be an intermittent issue. I would suggest you re-try again and check if that works.

Adding Retry for the DataFlow activity would help to rerun the DataFlow activity if it fails due to transient error like this.

In case if it does not work, please do share the Run ID of the pipeline to investigate further.
