How to get details about emails in Purges folder

Is there a way to identify how an email has moved to the Purges folder - normal retention policy vs. selecting 'Purge Selected Items' in the Recover Deleted Items screen? Also, how can I find the log of when an item was soft-deleted or intentionally purged?

As I know, for diagnostic purposes, Microsoft Outlook for Windows contains an option that turns on logging for certain Outlook features. These logs can be helpful for support staff who are troubleshooting problems. But this doesn't seem to apply to your requirement to see these two deletion methods. I'm afraid your requirement can not be achieved.
