Here are the steps to provide job cluster logs read access to users in databricks without providing them admin access or can manage access.
Step1: Go to Settings => Select Admin Console => Add the user to the Admin Console
. (Click on Add User button and enter the email ID of the user)
Note: Add a user to Databricks. You can add any user who belongs to the Azure Active Directory tenant of your Azure Databricks workspace.
Step2: Go to Jobs and select the job which you want to grant permissions. Click on Edit Permissions and Add the user with the desired permissions as per your requirement.
The table lists the abilities for each permission.
