Can't access Partner Center Profile

Question

I need to associate my learning account/certification profile with my Partner Center profile.
However, when I go to https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/pc/Users/MyAccount (this should access my Partner Center Profile) it resolves as https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/

Clicking on my profile link from that page takes me to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/pollywilson-1129/
(This is not my Partner Center Profile, it is a kind of dashboard.)

There is no way for me to associate my learning account without being able to access my Partner Center Profile. Help!!
