I'm having issue with some of my users whom are in office 365 not able to connect to office 365 mailbox using outlook client 2016

The users are in windows 7

Outlook on web is okay, they can send and receive emails.
AD Connect sync is health.

This issue just started abruptly, everything was working fine.
Now outlook client 2016 has a connection status of disconnected.

What could cause the issue?

    Hi @Benard Mwanza ,

Do the users in windows 10 get the same error?
If only the users are in windows 7 get the connectivity issue.

The issue may occur with the TLS1.0 is not supported. And the TLS 1.1/TLS1.2 are not enabled in windows 7 by default.
Please follow below document to enable the TLS1.1 and 1.2 in windows 7.
