E-mails going to junk files

Hi,

Our society's emails keep going to our member's junk mail. Is there anyway that we can fix this issue. Every year we tell people to check their junk/spam folders. They mark our emails as "not junk" and every year it reverts back. Is this because we use the basic form of Outlook?
