What access should I give a user to create a user interface for a policy in AzureB2C?

Hi @Dmitry Stepanov • Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, there is no out-of-box Role available that grants such granular access to just create/update user interface in user flows/custom policies.

The only available roles that you can assign to the users to allow them to create a user interface for a policy are:

  • External ID user flow administrator - Can manage all the aspects of custom policies.
  • B2C IEF Policy administrator - Can manage all the aspects of user flows.

The users with these rules will have full access to perform any tasks under user flows/custom policies. As of now, B2C tenant won't allow you to Create and assign a custom role in Azure Active Directory, so you will have to use the above role(s) to the users who will be working with user flows/custom policies in the B2C tenant.
