    Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

    Unfortunately, we do not have an existing feature in ADF that could trigger your pipeline based on new events in Azure File Share. We have event triggers in ADF but that doesn't support Azure File Share.

    Note: The Storage Event Trigger currently supports only Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and General-purpose version 2 storage accounts.

    A workaround could be to use schedule trigger to trigger your pipeline on scheduled intervals.

This allows our product teams to effectively prioritize your request against our existing feature backlog and gives insight into the potential impact of implementing the suggested feature.
