I recently acquired the azure student subcription and I have wanted to create a VM of ubuntu (and windows to try) but I have not been able to create, I was checking that it is because I must select type B1s but in any region that I select it lets me select B1s, is there any solution for this?

    @Carlos Solís Salazar
    ok, so first of all I try to create an azure VM

    185399-image.png

    then I fill in the first data requested and choose the image of the OS I want, in this case ubuntu server, the problem comes at the time of selecting the size, I do not see the option of B1s which is correct for the student subscription, and try to change and try in different region but still does not appear to select B1s

    185472-image.png

    and if I look in all sizes and search for B1s it appears under Sizes not available, and for example in the East US region there is no size available.

    185446-image.png

    So I don't know in which region I should put the VM to let me choose the B1s in size or should I look for another one?

    by the way, if you can speak Spanish I could explain it a little more detailed and understandable.

    @KELVIN ALEJANDRO CANO BOLANOS

    Can you assign other VM size?

    Did you try creating the VM in another region?

    Hi @KELVIN ALEJANDRO CANO BOLANOS

    It's look like that you are not the first case with this Issue.
