@Mahendra reddy Welcome to Microsoft Q & A Community Forum. It isn't possible to create Databricks using Azure Free Trial subscription as Azure Free Trial subscription has a limit of 4 cores, and you cannot use Azure Databricks using a Free Trial Subscription because to create spark cluster which requires more than 4 cores. As a workaround, you can go to your profile and change your subscription to pay-as-you-go.Then, remove the spending limit, and request a quota increase for vCPUs in your region. When you create your Azure Databricks workspace, you can select the Trial (Premium - 14-Days Free DBUs) pricing tier to give the workspace access to free Premium Azure Databricks DBUs for 14 days.

When you create your Azure Databricks workspace, you can select the Trial (Premium - 14-Days Free DBUs) pricing tier to give the workspace access to free Premium Azure Databricks DBUs for 14 days.

Can I create a new Databricks workspace under the same Azure Subscription to use 14-days free trial again?

If Yes, should I create a new Resource Group or can use the same Resource Group?
