Hello,

Good day.

I have few questions about the Windows10 GGWA license that I need to clarify before we purchase.

  1. Is it a perpetual license to legalize all Microsoft licenses and support multiple installations?
  2. Is it transferable in case the machine had a hardware failure?
  3. Does it have a MAK key or a 1:1 product key?
  4. For additional licenses, will it be the same key as the GGWA or another key license will be issued?
  5. When will be the end of life of Windows 10?
  6. Can it also get the Windows 11 free upgrade? Until when?

Thank you,

    Hi @Anonymous

The best and most cost-effective way to acquire full Windows licenses is through preinstalled licenses on a new PC. Windows10 GGWA have following requirements or considerations

    1. Sold through Microsoft Licensing Solution or Providers or direct from Microsoft
    2. No transferability of license
    3. Placement of a one-time–only order
    4. Commercial Licensing downgrade rights available
    5. Downgrade rights not available; available only with Academic Volume License
    6. No media or bits available for either download or purchase

Further more , I would advice you to For licensing questions, our best choice is consulting the Microsoft licensing service directly.

Hope this answers your question :)
    Thank you.
