Uniform signatures for different groups in Outlook

Dear Support,
as a organisation, we all use similar signatures for sending emails. Since we migrated to Microsoft-365, we are working with Outlook. Our organisation has different departments, therefore we created new groups for every department. Is it possible to manage uniform signatures for those groups? Therefore the group manager could just manage the signatures which the group should use and every group participant would use the same signature by sending emails via the group.

Do you mean that you want members to send as or send on behalf of the group with the same signature? If so, I'm afraid it's not available. What we can do is to set the same signature for the members of a group when they send the email themselves, rather than as the delegate of the group.
