According to my search, this issue may due to the "New Outlook".
To work around it, it is recommended you rervert it to the old version via Help > Revert to legacy Outlook
Besides, many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
