Data Lake Analytics account creation conflict

I am trying to create Azure Data Lake Analytics account on Azure portal. I have a student subscription with 100$ credit. After creating the resource group and Data Lake storage gen1, as shown below:

I try to create a new Data Lake Analytics account, as shown below:

But I keep getting this error (conflict):

Although I have created other resources successfully and I have student credit. Any help would be really appreciated, thanks.

    Thank you for providing the requested data.

    Starting July 5, 2021, customers who don’t have an existing account on Azure Data Lake Storage Gen1 will not be able to create Azure Data Lake Storage Gen1 accounts. We recommend Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 for all your analytics needs. Azure Data Lake Storage Gen1 will be retired on Feb 29, 2024. For more information, see the official announcement.
