Recover Account Not Working

Question

I created an outlook account to just simply be able to get onto my windows laptop when I first bought it last year. Just recently updated my computer and it no longer will let me use my PIN I’ve always used so I need to log into my outlook email I have linked to the laptop. I have forgotten the password. So now I can’t work at all until I can recover my account and reset my password. I have submitted multiple forms to recover and reset and I can’t give adequate information because I have literally never used the account for anything other than the first day I got the laptop. This is my work laptop. I can’t get in it, so I can’t work. I tried resetting my computer, still somehow has the email attached and gave me the same message. I have tried recovering 3 times now! How do I resolve this?
