In my macbook, MS Teams does not share screen selectively by showing windows to share. Earlier it was showing, now it stopped. I have no idea why it stopped? I want to selectively share a PPT or excel at a time.

Hope to hear from you soon.

I discovered a solution that now allows me to share documents on screen through Teams on a Mac. Once you've set up all the necessary permissions, the Teams meeting screen needs to NOT be in full-screen mode. If it is, when I try to share another window, none are available to select. If I take the meeting out of full-screen mode, then when I select share screen again, my other document windows are all available to choose from. No idea why this is the way it is, but hopefully this solution will help others.

    Hello great question thank you.

I'm Dani. I am new here and I am happy to share an observation to consider. If I was presented with a need to get to the root of it, access is the key. If I am unable to attain access I'm typically asking permission or giving a heads up to my Lead for credentials ahead of time so I am not punching keystrokes in repeatedly like I'm fishing around for something and get locked out.

In a case where Team Viewer needs to be launched for a problem tag especially when this is for IT, as long as license isn't expired check it off sit back launch Team Viewer and IT will run a check after you introduce yourself and your firm problem tag number and the same question you have here, and I learned the more false keystrokes I tap on the deeper the system locks up you will need credentials perhaps again.

When in doubt get in touch with IT. I've had the opportunity to work with Team Viewer on my side of the screen while watching the branches of the tree unfold. It is like catching a glimpse of a shooting star. Please know everything will be ok these times must take patience and understanding. Send feedback to thank IT and get back to where you left off and know you did a great job.
