Additional security verification

Starting to migrate to Active Directory in Azure. Can I disable additional security verification?

MFA is disabled. When logging into a new computer with their Microsoft credentials it asks for additional security verification. Step 1: How should we contact you? Drop down has Authentication phone.

You should disable the combined security information registration in Azure Active Directory

Checked and it was turned off. I selected all, saved, reselected none, and saved.

In you Azure Active Directory Admin Center go to Password Reset

Then validate the Registration Setting, in your case should be No
