I want to know if there is any upper limit on number of key vaults in a subscription and a resource group?

Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you want to know about maximum number of key vaults allowed per subscription.

There is no limit to the number of key vaults but there is a limit of number of resource type in a resource group.
