Yea, its going to probably give you problems with psts that large. Even if you can open them.
Can you break/export into smaller psts?

We have had issues with our Outlook/Exchange Public folders for some time. During our ongoing support with Microsoft over the issue, we were told to export our entire public folder store to a PST file. By default, the maximum size of a PST for Outlook 2016 is 50 GB, however we have come across posts and videos that say we can increase this size (as long as we have the available resources), but our PF store is almost of 650GB in size. Will Outlook even be able to open a PST of this size or is the 50GB limit only the default for what can be written out?
BTW, we have increased the registry settings (per this link and others) to allow a larger PST and now have it up to 230GB and counting...
