Hi all

i am using exchange 2016 hybrid environment. i have an external contact created lets say ******@somedomain.com. One of my user has shared files to thise external user from sharepoint and onedrive . When the external user tries to access the sharepoint url and one drive url. he is getting the error, your account has been locked out. i have checked in Azure AD and i dont see there is any block signin for the user. experts guide me.

    Hi @Glenn Maxwell ,

    Is your environment SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server?

    If using SharePoint Online, check to see if set Conditional Access policy. For more information, please see "Block access to SharePoint for specific users“ article.

    Open the Azure Active Directory admin center as a Global Administrator >> Enterprise applications >> Conditional Access

    If a conditional access policy is set, you can choose to disable this policy or delete it.
